We have a FT (70 hours biweekly) Post Doctoral position available in the Department of Medicine/Hematology at Thomas Jefferson University. The Post Doc Fellow will study the regulation of integrin activation in platelets and neutrophils. A focus will be on defining the molecular mechanisms by which CalDAG-GEFI (RasGRP2) and protein kinase C (PKC) regulate the activation of the small GTPases Rap1/Rap2 leading to integrin activation, in vitro and in vivo.
Requirements
# Ph.D required, experience with molecular biology.
