Due to continued growth, Cell Sciences presently has an opportunity for a biologist to join our technical support team as a technical support representative.

Responsible for:
• Assisting customers with technical questions, primarily over the phone, as well as written correspondence via email.
• Presenting information effectively and persuasively across communication settings.
• Explaining Cell Sciences product features and benefits.
• Effectively handling customer escalations and time critical issues.

Requirements
• Recent BS or MS in a life-science discipline.
• Experience in at least one of the following applications: Western blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, FACS and cytokine, kinase and enzymology.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Individuals should be outgoing, enthusiastic, and enjoy working with others.
• The position is ideal for a scientist with practical experience of working with these product, who now wishes to use their technical expertise outside of the laboratory.
